Children's friend
I remember when I was young
there was a chestnut tree in
the school yard.
When it burst into flower we
all knew we can start to write
on the blackboard:
Y!
AY!
DAY!
IDAY!
LIDAY!
OLIDAY!
HOLIDAY!
But chestnut tree also warned us when leaves turned into brown: it is time to go to school.
And in satisfaction of this terrible news the tree gave us nice,
shiny little hedgehogs to collect them and have some fun
before harder times (homeworks, tests, exams, etc (: ) coming.
Berni (Hungary), Erika (Lithuania) and Marysia(Poland) let us know how beautiful is autumn in their city this week:

One of the pictures show churches of Vilnius drowning in the autumn on the sunny day of Indian Summer.
The last picture is taken on the same hill - a statue of woman from fairy tales
Now - I really wanted to show some moments of social Vilnius in autumn.

There are more - enjoy one of the most beautiful autumn
All the pictures were taken this week and Hungary's chestnut trees are the greenest
Yeah, almost so green that I thought the game was to find “the intruder picture”, the one not taken in the last days. But apparently I was wrong. Very lovely indeed these colors - it makes linger my heart for some vacations way east! In Paris are almost no trees, so you don’t see a trace of autumn…
You're always welcome here!
